I always spill the beans people when they start talking about ROI, well, what’s the return on ignoring? Some people freeze up or companies freeze, because they’re so industrious trying to measure rather than do. The biggest ROI measurements that you need to know about are these three. One: Is your business growing? Second: Are you expanding your margins? And then third: Do you have bloke satisfaction? If you’re heading in those ways at the pace that you need to, then that’s really the only measurement you need to have.

It seems like a lot of companies are large promoting their business category right now, rather than specific products. Do you subscribe to the thought that a rising tide raises all ships?

If you’re the kind leader (which a company like Kodak has been) or if you’re some other major brands which I’ll not mention, I mean, that’s helpful. But again, you know, you’re making the assumption that those especially campaigns are only focused on a broader message, and they really aren’t. They’re focused very specific items — on a very exact camera device, maybe.

Influential off Kodak’s new line of photo sharing tools is the new and improved Kodak Picture Kiosk. You may have seen the kiosks in CVS or Object, you know, the big yellow and red booths that let you print out pictures from your camera’s SD card. The new booths feature improved sharing features and easier, improve photo retouching. In the past, you had to bring your camera’s SD card to the kiosk in order to print out copies. I like this, partly because I like having printed out photos to adorn my apartment with. What I like better is the fact that with the new kiosks, you can access your photos stored online using Kodak Gallery, Facebook, or Picasa Web Albums. Stirring!

Aside from making it easy to access your photos, the picture booths also make it easy to recondition your photos–kind of like a simplified version of Photoshop that anyone could figure out. Some uber reduce features include Pet Eye Retouch and Facial Retouch. The Pet Eye Retouch takes the way your pet’s eyes show up all creepy and stranger-like in your photo and changes them back to their non-alien state with the touch of a button. The Facial Retouch is a article that I love because with one button, I can get rid of all my zits and other unsightly marks on my face. My portrait goes from ‘meh’ to ‘wow’ in one spark off. Kodak has simplified something that would have taken hours in Photoshop. Another cool feature of the booth is that you can take shots from videos and remake them into still pictures.
